Open fifasetup.ini in Documents/FIFA 20. And change DIRECTX_SELECT on 1
Try turn off Share usage data
Also don't forget about limit
you can also try select fifa as windowed borderless in settings config
15 matches in hour
75 matches in day (possible need wait more than 4-12 hours after last match)
85 matches in 24h or you get disconnection lose after match
