Go to WL ratio and put the ELO you want there. The game will search for an opponent with that ELO (or someone around that mark if there aren't a lot of people playing). It will get you banned if you try to get top 200 that way though.- ProClubsIsBetter

Not sure what you mean by Draft Elite 3 and Rivals Gold 1! But I was talking about the WL rank. Silver 3 is safe no matter what you use.
